Default Z brakes and tires

I am thinking about buying a Z and would like to know more about the required maintenace. Typically, how often do the brakes on the Z have to be changed? Do summer/winter tires last as long as all-seasons? How often do you have to buy new tires? Are there any other maintenace issues I have to consider? Thank you!

My brake pads lasted 20K and my tires about the same. I drive conservatively.

The brakes must be replaced when the are worn. And they wear more than a family sedan

Tirs tread life? Check the wear rating on the tires.

the Z is relatively low maintainence comparing to other sports cars....even cheaper if your handy with a few simple tools. Brakes for instance are very inexpensive and easy to replace in the Z. i replace my brakes at 16K even though it coulda easily gone another 3-5K. The rear had over 70% left when i took them apart....replaced them anyway since they were off the wheels. The Z is a poorman's real sports car lol.
