Default Lsd ?

Ive been looking around and I only seem to find base models here (looking into used), which do not have an LSD. So my question is, if worse comes to worse well the LSD matter that much. I live in florida, so the only thing we get here is heavy rain sometimes. Thank you.

Yes. It matters quite a bit.

Do a search on here for Limited Slip and you will find the answers you seek.

It doesn't matter at all if you don't track the car. 90% of vehicles or even more don't have an LSD. How do they get around? It only helps if you use it and you will be fine without it.

I agree with TK2005. But if you are going to hit the track or street racing then get the Base Z and install an aftermarket LSD. It's a better setup and it's $800.

A Friend (mechanic) and I installed the LSD on a weekend. Didn't think about the price on install. Don't know how much shops charge for that kinda stuff. It was a good time to put on the Hotchkis TVS, too. Still, depends on what the car is for.

As a dailey driver, not doing burnouts or apexing turns... you'll be fine without it. If your going to race the 4 piston LSD is better then even the Track editions. So, why spend the money on something you'll replace?

I have an Nismo LSD, and in fact it is HARDER for street driving beacuse it locks up so much to the point that you snap the rear end when given a little more gas and it will defintely be 10 times more tail happy, if you are willing to push it!

Spend the extra 2-3 grand and get the enthusiast model, which will have the LSD, TCS, cruise control and other things you will probably regret not having down the road.
