i love the bonus footage of the AE86 vs Skyline in the first vid.

The second video seems right, its also a newer video compared to the first and with newer, faster porsches. Some may question, but there is a reason why the second vid has a cayman, and the first does not. Just look at the front of the cars also, its the easiest way to see the difference.

 

Is the thread the OP the one from Best Motoring? If so, that GT-R was a chase car w/ camera and not in the race and it actually appeared to impede the race a couple of times.

 

The GTR was a camera car and it did interfere the race a little. Toward the end, the AWD GTR did race the RWD cars, to get out of their way because he had the advantage in the slippery condition.

 

Yea the GTR seemed to get in the way of the S2000 a couple times. The driver of the honda was telling him to get out of the way a couple times in the video. The GTR ended up posting the best lap too, and it didnt even look like he was trying!

 

GTR's best lap time had something to do with AWD in a slightly wet condition that they raced in... vs the RWD of the other cars

 

I wasnt questioning that. But I dont really think it wa completely stock either. It looks like it has different wheels on it in the least!
