Default Pissed at myself!

Went to an Infinity/Nissan owners meet today.....I was first one there so I park in the corner and back in. Cool, had a good time, then it was time to leave. I had a dumb moment I guess because, well, I forgot I was next to the curb. It wasnt one of those BIG curbs, just a low rise one.........but it still hit me HARD. My first thought was CRAPPPPPPP, only not crap, other explicitives. I thought I had curbed my WORK wheels....thankfully I didn't. My ShineAuto sideskirt took a pretty bad beating.......just one week after I got it back from paint too. Its all scratched and whats worse is there is about 1/4" gap where the rear fender meets the side skirts, so my pops and I will look at it to fix it........ Just venting really, anyone else have any "blonde moments" in their Z's to make me feel better? lol

I hit a boulder the size of a mini-basketball a while back and no joke, my car lifted like 6 inches off the ground. It sounded like an explosion.

My car was stock back then, but luckily it only dented the under carraige in a few places.

Nope, I never, ever made mistakes driving my Z as I drive it perfectly without ever damaging any part of it.

Not me, but my Z got its first dent in 3 years on Friday afternoon. I pulled into the garage at my parents place and my dad bumped the clothing rack in the garage enough that it fell on the rear passenger fender of the Z. Put my first (very tiny) dent/wave in the sheetmetal of my Z. I think some paintless dent repair place can fix it for $50 or less its so minor. Not even as bad as a parking lot door ding.

Luckily all edges of the rack were rubber or it would have left a hellacious scratch. Instead it just left black rubber on the side which wiped off with quick detailer...

My worst moment was backing out of a corner spot and turning too soon, scrapped up the side of my nismo front lip to the urethane. That made me sick. luckily my nismo's (wheels) haven't been curbed ( parking far away from all curbs from now on)

I ran over an entire median a couple years ago, doing about 10mph. Scraped up the entire undercarriage and warped 3 HRE rims. Was my fault. Should've been paying better attention. We live and learn.

I was in a dark parking lot on a rainy night with the top up on my old roadster...tried to back into a spot and backed into one of those metal orange/white road barriers..the orange flashing light was NOT operational! Left a bunch of tiny scratches on the rear bumper...traded in the car a few months later.

I turned off TC and absolutely dumped it. This was from a stop sign and I was turning. I thought I could hold it --- I was wrong. Sideways, over a mini curb and into some bushes/grass. I think I have some slightly bent wheels and a dent in the exhaust, and obviously slightly out of alignment (not bad at all though). This was about3.5 weeks ago -- about a week after I got it.

Since then I haven't played stupid. DOH!

I ran over a curb at the local bank parking. It was tight, full of people paying the monthly sh*t and the servicar was also full. Since I'm short, 5'7", I didn't notice leaving the parking that the curb was that deep coming out. I sort of let the clutch go slowly but the car ran over the curb right after the passenger front wheel. No damage to the rim, but the sideskirt was f*cked up and I left the mud flap in the curb in pieces. Luckily a Track edition Z was in the local junker and was also white. Got the sideskirt for 100 bucks painted obviously and I made the most of the situation getting the Brembos and Rays too for $1600. Not bad, eh!
