i did check them and went by the book, the book said 35, so i kept it there, when i took it to goodyear cuz they were bald they said ford changed the tires and that they weren't the regular stock tires that came on the escapes and they never told me and that is why they wore out so quickly. So please tell me how that is my fault?

Air Pressure for 350Z:
1. Go by what car sticker suggest. Sticker will either be in door jam or behind center console door. Most people run 35 psi all the way around.
2. Tire pressure rating the Nissan recommends should be used on any brand or size of tire.
3. Tires should be inflated/adjusted when cold. The temperature will rise as you drive. Warm air expands and builds pressure. This is why the psi reading will increase a few pounds while you are driving.

BTW, there is no pressure in the ECU

Just to warn you... the tires selected for the Z are a good combination of handling and grip... at the expense of wear. Being super vigilant with the tire pressure won't measureably increase the life of your tires.

My mistake, I misread the post above the one that I quoted. But either way, you're responsible for checking your tire pressure often. Also, you should've noticed the uneven wear on the tires before they were bald.
