Does Replacing your factory radio void your waranty?

It only voids your warranty if they can trace the damage to a non-oem part. If you have problems with your audio then it most likely won't be covered under warranty. But, say you had a stock tranny that had problems and had nothing to do with the radio then the tranny would be covered under warranty.
So like the post above referenced, any Eclipse part you add to your Z would automatically void your warranty because any damage is sure to be traced back to that.

but, ummm...changing out the head unit will not void any of your warranty, unless somehow you fry something while doing it, then that electrical part will be void and anything connected to it...
