Well I am moving from VA to TX next month and I need to tow my 350z with my jeep wrangler. I want to rent a tow dolly and I think the rate to rent this from u-haul is around $400 one way trip. But if I rent the car carrier it will be $800. My question is can I tow my 350z with a tow dolly or would I have to rent the car carrier? It is a MT6.

I'd get the carrier; just much easier on the car. How much can your Wrangler tow, though?

i heard a flatbed is the best way to transport b/c since its a rwd. a dolly on the front wheels will do major damage.

Zs were not made to be towed, they were made to be driven! Tow the Jeep instead with a U-Haul truck!

 

Ok, think of the cost to replace your rear tires vs the cost of having to rent the car carrier.

Make sure the Jeep can pull it and rent the car carrier, or find a company that will transport the car for you- chances are you an get that done for 500 +/-

But DO NOT use a DOLLY to tow your car!
