The Fastest You've Ridden In Your Z
I cannot seem to go above 130, I get to scared about cops. One time I was doing 110-120 and I flew past one of those police stands. Scared the sh*t out of me but nothing ever came of it!
137 Mph On I-95 North Belair Maryland Between Exit 77 And 80, Heavily Policed. I Could Not Shake The Mercedes Cls 55 Amg On The Way To Work!!! He Had To Be Going 150+ Fast Car For $90,000, A Four Door Sedan That Can Move Like That Is Ok In My Book!!!!
160+ mph 3 or 4 times this summer...
Its a thrill!! I apologize to those that may think i misrepresent the Z community. I dont, am a proud part of this group. I never push my car while driving, just sometimes late late late at night i'll open 'er up making maybe a 6th gear pull or even go through them..

155 past carlisle PA, 140 through tuscon AZ against a AUDI RS4, he should've won but I had more *****. 158 I-40 NM, I have it up in the 150's a good bit. I travel from east coast to west coast a lot. I know a lot of fun roads. On open roads I usually casually drive at 120 or so. The car can hold that just fine and still got some ***** for some good pick up and go if you need. I haven't felt it cut it self off yet, I believe that around 157 or so it is supposed to. Does a new ECU let you go any faster and can anyone verify that or tried yet?
I'v noticed a couple posts about people going 159/160 and feeling the ecu stopping the car from going any faster. I know with the Mk4 Supra's they were electronically limited and you could pull the traction control and get up 20 more MPH top speed. Is possible with the Z also? Can you pull a fuse or somehow take off the restriction? Cause from the posts it sounds like the car is still pulling till it hits the 160 mark.
Not that i would try 160 or anything more than that personally except for on a track but i was just curious.

133mph on a good stretch of highway (Route 2) here in Costa Rica. I had to let go of it because I was running out of good road... but it felt rock solid all the way and I think that it could have given me a bit more easily.
It was 3AM on a weekday, so no people around at all.
