My 03 Lemans Touring at 100k miles
Ed, you mention that you have had minor problems.... nothing wrong w/ ignition coils or any of the sensors?? i'm coming out of warranty (@57k - I have extended till 60k) and like to know if I should complain of somthing before it expires... so far i've had a new tranny, clutch, air bag sensors and harness, mass air flow sensor, radiator hoses, window streaks, tire feathering, aligment rod (car pulling to right) trunk hatch stoppers...
97,000KM's (60,625 miles) 2003 Touring
-Tranny/clutch replaced before I bought it.
-Navi currently does not work
-Axles are clicking when leaving a stop
Other than that the car still looks, feels, smells brand new!

WoW ! I thought i was the only person with a high mileage Z. But with that being said i have about 96k on my dash but here is the thing. My paint is still in pretty good shap except for the botom of the front bumper. I still have my orginal tranny, engine and clutch. I still avg about 33 mpg on road trips and 28 mpg on daily driving in houston in traffic. My car race record is like 40-2 lost to a Zo6, another 350z(Gryphin) at the track). My car has had an intense claybar job that took me like 3 dayz to do. My car has never been to the shop except for oil changs and alingments. I use royal purple synthetic oil and differential lube. Every oil change i clean my engine and fuel lines with seafoam price 5.99 anywhere. My car has a few minor scraches hear and there and a dent due to a hit and run, but im gonna get that fixed when i get back to texas from miami. My hatch has never malfunctioned, no window greese and minor grinding sometimes in the gears when i f-up the shifts. but thats all fellas. I have driven my Z back and fourth from new orleans to houston like 15 times durring the aftermath of katrina. Driven it to Alanta Ga then to Dallas Tx to Shreveport back to baton rouge and all over houston. I have had jobs that require me to travel an increased amount and it has neve faild me or even complained. I have ran out of gas once but the ony thing that needs to be replaced on my Z is the coilovers arent stiff as they used to be adn i need the underspoiler and that plastic covering thats undr the Z that keeps dirt from covering yur engine. I know im lucky i know and i really smile when i see someone with a Z and mine still looks brand new adn theirs look its been through some thangs! I have lots of modz in my garage and im installing each one when i get back to houston. And yeah its deffinatly time for my Z to put on some shoes so if u got some 19's or better pm me and ill take a look. and did i mention my z still soundz just like it did the day i bought it. I frffinatly can see the Z geting well past 200k. if you think im just blowing smoke just take a look at 240z adn 300z still on the road.Good job nissan for makng my 19 grand with tt&l well worth it.
thanks guys

My 2003 had 2,000 miles on it when I traded it in, and my 2006 Z currently has 1,800 miles.
