Default Waited Four Years!!!

Waited four years, took the stinkin' bus and train to work & school during the summer when its extemely hot and during the winter when its extremely cold .... Lived like a hermit for 2 years just to save money....Put off two engagements (ex's wanted to have kids; and a z only has two seats)....After four long years and 15k later for down payment..I would have to say the wait was well worth it especially when I drive around town and everyone just stares at the Z like its a Ferrari. Best looking car I have ever drove...PERIOD...Up to now, I still can't believe I'm driving one of these babies...

No offense, but if it took you 4yrs just to save up for the downpayment for a 350z, um, maybe you can't afford it?

I graduate this december (from college) and plan on buying myself one as a grad gift/first real job gift

have been working at my university for the past few years, at least I will get out of school debt free as I didnt have to take out any student loans - should make it easier to get a Z when I get a real job

I started working when I was 15 . I didn't have a car so I pretty much had no expenses and saved up. When I was a kid I wanted a 280Z Lemans Sunset, cause I saw a movie where the main character drove one. After that I had to get a Z. Throught high school I wanted a Z33. Got a Z when I turned 20. Life is not the same.

Ok dude

I know the Z is a nice car and all, but realistically speaking - umm NO its not worth putting two engagements aside or living like Hermit for 2 years.

And its still pretty far from looking like a $200k car

But still glad you can now afford it. Value life a little more though.

How about this for hardworking? I work 33 hours a week selling fitness equipment and I have a personal training business that I work on about 40-50 hours a week. I have taken one week off in the last year and I work 7 days a week. I walked into the dealership, saw the exact one I want, and signed the papers. My fiancee loved the car, so we went to another dealership and they had the exact one she wanted, so we bought that one too. We look pretty gay driving the same car, thank God they are different colors.
