My Z says check oil only when I take a sharp turn ?

The reason why I brought up the oil pressure is because we have a light and a gauge. If for some reason the light doesn't work keep your eye on the gauge as well.

No, this is normal. When the oil is cold, it is thicker, thus oressure will be higher as it is pushed through the lines/engine. You should really wait until the oil warms up and the pressure drops before driving the car hard.
