+1 Cool Z....The bike looks too "Hell's Angels" for me....I'd trade that sucker for a Ducati.

I'm pretty sure a "liquid cooled" ducati would smoke a warrior...oh well i have a gsxr anyways

(I put the "liquid cooled" in quotations because apparently cruisers haven't gotten the word about liquid cooling, or a chain drive for that matter)

nice car, though

First off why would i want a Fugly radiator on a bike? or a chain that slings crap all over it as well? as for your gxr and ducks, yup they are faster, but you would be suprised what a modded warrior could do, or anybike for that matter. how about low 9's in the 1/4? dont beleive me? look up the yamaha prostar warrior, and is advertised in all bike mags, we know the guy on another forum and could imagine to look on a busa riders face when he lost in the 1/4 to a cruiser. my bike will hit low to mid 11's in the 1/4 and really low 7's (7.12)in the 1/8. in racing against gxr's 600-750s they are looking at my tail light till well after the 60ft mark. so "smoking" wont happen.......

First of all, a STOCK gsxr will run 10.65 (granted with a pro rider). I don't need to dump a ton of money into it. also, i know they can be fast. most pro-stock drag bikes use harley engines.

and, great, you can do well in a straight line...but what about turns? no contest you'll be seeing taillights

no comparison in turns, the plastic bikes take the cake. but can hold my own.
as for the prostar warrior, nope is running the yamaha engine, with motorwork done by patrick racing.

10.65, to 11.36 yea that getting smoked.... hows your butt feel after 2 hours in the seat? i know what crotch rockets will do, having owned an r1 for a number of years. they are god awful fast, but lacked in comfort for my taste. i just remember after 50 miles in the seat my legs, arms and butt were sore.

how did this turn into a crotch rocket vs. cruiser topic? who cares, we are all on 2 wheels....and every one has their own preferance..

that's true. i can only ride for about an hour before my back starts hurting, and i'm still young!

we are both on two wheels, which is fine by me. different preferences for different people. nice car, too

not only is it plastic, but hella expensive plastic! my buddy dropped his, and had to get one side of the fairing replaced, and i think it ran him around $2500.

is amazing what the stealerships will charge for body panels. i want to get another one eventually, been waiting for the new VMax to come out, or the new 07 Busa for that matter!! probably cant afford it with the toys i have now.

Nice bike.

Don't worry about the kids thinking the crotch rockets are better just because they can go faster on a track. Your bike is obviously not meant for a track, but for cruising, and would definitely be much nicer for a long drive.

thanks guys, clarkkent06 is ok, we are all entitled to our opinions and preferences on bikes and cars, seams we all have good taste in the Z, and being on a Z forum, what else really matters.

you know guys on sportbikes and guys on cruisers always have to give each other crap (girls too)...but the fact remains that we are both on two wheels (endagering our lives every day due to stupid drivers), we gotta look out for one another
