Talking this might sound narcissistic, but....

about two months ago, i took my friend for a little cruise down the sunset strip in the z. he loved the stares, points, and the attention we got in the car. up until the moment he told me, "i like the way your car looks when we see the reflection off building windows on the street," i had never really payed attention to the way my car looks as it's being driven on the street. now, whenever i drive my car, i find myself looking at my reflection as i drive through the streets. lol, am i the only one who goes through this sort of thing? is there anyone else out that that catches themselves doing the same thing? boy, do i love my z

Oh boy I was gonna start a thread on this awhile back but I figured people may think im

It has become a natural tendency for me when coasting by stores with reflective windows because i always wondered how i looked inside the Z. So I guess im not the only one...

Perfectly normal. I do this all the time when I'm downtown.

With Tax, New Tires & Alarm I spent $40,000 on my Z. I better damn well stare at my car! Nothing wrong with staring at a beautiful car, even your own.

I do that as well.

Last night a big group of my close friends all traded cars for a while. That is a whole nother ball game! Nothing like racing against your own car

The Lineup..
Girl #1 - 86 LX 302 Built 5-speed
Guy #1 - 1999 Z28 LS1 A4
Me - 1995 Z28 LT1 Modded A4

I switched with guy #1.. LS1 cars feel soooooo much different than LT1s ... INSANE.. Girl #1 drove my Z and guy #1 took the LX.. I raced Girl #1 with guy #2s car..LMAO INSANE!!!!! Didnt realize how damn good my car sounds.

It takes very trusting people to do this ... Thankfully we all know how to hangle ourselves as well as our cars... so we all just traded for a while and there was no harm. If anyone is ever that brave, let me tell you .. its fun as hell!
