well, i did know about how hot the drivers side feet-area [footwell?] gets...but i wish it didnt, lol..
wish i knew i can't go up my driveway w/o scraping under the front bumper...i park on the street but to wash it i need to take it up...it's not even a steep driveway but it first slopes down from the street, i think that's the problem........and the whole 'go in at an angle' thing is impossible as its a narrow driveway with walls on both sides, and a very narrow street at that.
anyone else with this problem? solutions?
try backing in

lol. There really is no solution unless you bring planks of wood to lessen the slope. Some streets are just not Z friendly. My front air diffuser is a scuffed nightmare.

my ghetto-*** solution has been to lay down cardboard where it scrapes so at least it's scraping against cardboard, not asphalt/concrete.

ehh...what can one do. i'm hoping to convince my parents to tear up the driveway and put in a new, GENTLY SLOPING one. thing is my mom drives an SUV and my dad has dodge ram and chevy something-or-other....they dont have to worry about scraping

in regards to getting in the driveway...

guy down the street from me has a 911 turbo, same problem. make some type of wooden ramp with the discount lumber at any home depot or lowes.
wood and screws probably under $20. if your parents have suv's you can leave the ramps right in the driveway as they will easily be able to ride over them.

i love my z33 rev-up but i wish nissan didnt throw this amazing power plant together so fast..yea they fix the whole tranny issue but now on some 06s the short block has to be replaced due to the seals not lubing right.. and now the 07s has a totally redifined motor.... jeez... so thats the only real thing..

I had a couple of dash rattles so I took some 3/8 vacuum hose and shoved it in at the base of the windsheild between the window and dash. I haven't heard any rattles for about 2 years now. Cheap and easy fix. .25.

Is this for the auto or manny tranny?

3) Dashboard rattles and road noise. This is NOT a quite car, and I am not talking about exhausts (that is actually pretty quiet until you get on it).

That is all I can think of at the moment. I do not think any of those would have prevented me from buying a Z, but still would have helped to know.

One trip to Costco and you should be all set for a couple weeks.
