The window sticker and all documentation points to the fact that my 03 Z Performance has both VDC and TCS. But there's only one button -- a VDC button. The one right next to it (presumably where the TCS would be) is non operational. The manual says i should have a button for both. What am i missing here?

Also-- some guys have talked about wiring a radar detector into the rear view mirror electronics since the only cigarette lighter adapter is by the trunk. (i cant believe there's only one, wtf?) Is there a guide on how to do this?

TCS is the same button as VDC. Only one button, no worries!

 

Ahhh....i kind of figured that might be the case. Freakin manual needs to be clearer about that. The pictures show two different buttons labeled "TCS" and "VDC". I'm guessing that the light on the dash saying "VDC" also refers to the TCS? Are they like one integrated system or something?

Depending on which detector you are running you might want to PM MIKE3348. He makes a perfect mount for the Escort, Valentine, Bell detectors.

The mount and the invisicord work perfect. If you order the invisicord, make sure you get the 8" as it is a perfect fit.
