I would still be driving my now winter beater Jetta. The only reason why I bought the Zed was because I really fell in love with the looks. If there was no 350Z, I would still be driving the Jetta all season.

iu would of gone with my 1st choice a 98 supra twin turbo. but a used 1 is about the same money as a new Z lol

Same here, WOuld have kept my Jetta and Wrangler instead of trading them for the Z.

If the sportscar bug would have bit harder, I would have probably wound up in a C5 Vette, Hunted down a VR4 or possibly went STI/EVO.

my original plans were to get the Z to get the feel for a sports car, keep it about a year, and then get an 01-03 Z06 vette, but after having my Z the Z06 just seems sheety on the interior. Im falling in love with my Z and I cant figure out another car out there that can compare or be as much fun thats under $35K.

Cons about other cas:
S2K--too small
Z06 --not conventional
Mustang--lol joke
Supra---not warrantied
Jetta---too slow
G35--maybe!
Sti/Wrx--fast but nothing else about them is nice
BMW--im not a yuppie, but i would get an M3

if the z didnt exist i think i would just have to drive my ferrari enzo around, just for a while until i get something good
