Pfft.... my dealership tried to charge me for the axle click and fuel filler cutoff valve. The axle click was "repaired" 2 years ago, and it returned. The valve was [supposively] replaced a few months ago during the fuel hose recall. Of course, the admins at the desk corrected my advisor by telling him I pay absolutely nothing.

In order to remove the rear suspension member the exhaust from the y-pipe back must be removed... in this case, it is the complete borla exhaust... To remove the exhaust and have a factory certified technician who will be performing your Warranty Work re-install the exhaust and then make sure there are no exhaust leaks or rattles etc etc, is extra labor then the warranty service allows for...

Please feel free to have your "Mechanic" remove the exhaust and put a stock one on and there will be no extra charges...

BTW... We are not charging for the Recall work, but for the aftermarket exhaust removal and re-installation...

If the exhaust had a similar design to stock (Like NISMO or Greddy SP2 or HKS WSII etc) all that would be paid extra is the replacement gasket since NISSAN only pays for the OE Gasket to be replaced...
Thanks for your reply, Jason. I just want to say you have been great in helping me get the car serviced. I know you are just looking out for your techs. I have spoken to Nissan NA to see if they can cover the extra labor charges. Hopefully they will come through.

When I went to my dealership for the recall. I had the Borla Exhaust. They didn't charge me for removing and reinstalling my Borla's many pieces. LOL. All they ask me when they saw it, they asked if I had the instructions for the exhaust, which I reply with "the website has a PDF on that". They said "Ok Thanks". That was that.
