Default 350Z In U.K. at last

Well today we finally got chance to order one of these beauties.
Nissan U.K. are bringing in 450 cars on October 1st.Thats 2 cars per dealership & no more until next year!
They are all 6 speed GT models with 18" forged wheels, brembos, bose, leather etc. Thats £27.850 with metalic paint.
I have my £2000 deposit down & are praying I am going to be one of the lucky ones.
You guy`s just dont realize how lucky you are with so much choice, I just love reading these pages & looking at your cars, hope to be joining you in 6 months time.

Paul.

Congrats amigo, I thought waiting 8 months from my order date was tough, but I can't imagine waiting while other ppl have info and pics and what not.............I would have gone nutz.

It's worth the wait, atleast is was for me.....I've already got 13k miles on mine. You'll love the car.

Good luck!

Will you even have a choice of color or be obliged to take what is offered?

Our Colour choice is pretty much the same as is available in Japan. No PPW for one.

Blade Metallic - Chrome
Gun-Metal Metallic - Silverstone
Chilli Pepper (solid) - red
Kuro Black (solid) - Black
Sunset (Metallic) - Orange
Azure (Metallic) - Blue

You can see the colours on this pdf file: http://www.nissan-350z.co.uk/uk/350Z...s/spec350z.pdf

I have gone for blue, it`s really difficult choosing without actually seeing a car in the flesh. This is the first time ever I have ordered a car after only seeing it on the web & in magazines.I am sure I wont be dissapointed.
Rich, has the dealer confirmed you are definetly getting a car in October?

I remember reading in EVO that there was a dealer that was selling 350Zs (loaded 6 speed models) for a good deal less I believe the price was either 22 or 24K pounds fully registered etc.

I can dig up his name if interested. Same options as the ones in Japan so maybe a better/cheaper choice for you especially if you plan on modifying it and voiding your warranty anyway.

PM or reply here if you want me to dig it up.

Hi There.

I was told that I'd probably be getting a delivery date by the end of the week. I'm second in the queue at the dealer I went with, so no definites on being one of the lucky few yet. Fingers crossed. My Birthday is in November, it would be nice to get it then!!! The Nissan dealer asked for some additional details, including birthday, so maybe they'll tie it up in a nice ribbon for me???

If it's the same blue as Daytona Blue on the US models, you won't be disappointed. Pictures just don't do the blue justice at all, I didn't like it at all until I saw it in real life!

Finality,
Imports into the U.K. are as rare as rockin horse sh... one well known importer I spoke to said that every car he has brought in he has sold to Nissan dealers! for between £30 - 34K.
He just cant get enough of them. plus the only colours available were generally white, silver or black.

Try contacting Langtree Garage 01257 422-2224. You are probably right but it wont hurt to contact him
