OK the subject line is misleading. I love the results from Bonz's study, but it is impossible for me to spend more than 3 hours waxing my car. What are my options?

Also remember that Zaino is very durable. When I had my black NSX, I did the "full" treatment that Bonz did once every 8 months or so (Im talking clay bar and everything). Every 4 months or so I would add a fresh coat of polish (takes maybe an hour), and every other weekend I would simply wash it and use the zaino spray-on-wipe-off gloss enhancer, which takes maybe 15 minutes.
If you're doing the full treatment more than once a month... well I guess you could but that defeats the whole purpose. You want to build up your polish, not completely redo it every month.

I think my wife would kill me because she would have to watch the kids to keep them out of the way. Also I don't have a lot of patience. I like to do other things like watch movies, play PC games, reading, driving, shopping, working. Any way it's not really impossible but I guess I don't want to spend a lot of time.
Also I don't know if I would want to wash it every week I mean if I did it to my Z I would probably have to do my wifes car too.
Lowfuel what happened to your NSX? I bet that was a great car.

I know a lot of people who use the McGuire's 3 step process with an orbital buffer that get great results. The three products, number 1, 2 & 3 are a cleaner, polish, and wax. The buffer is optional but should cut your time down by 1/3, not bad for a $100 investment. I use this on my shitty cars and if followed by a final coat of McGuire's Professional wax it has great luster and deep shine. Once a year I recommend stripping the old wax with any claybar and dawn dish soap. These will give you almost identical results to the zanio process which I do on my 1967 Olds 442 W-30 convertible. I've done the zanio on my honda and to be honest I couldn't really tell a difference (keep in mind this car parks outside 100% of the time, the Olds is always stored and never sees rain).
