I think it's absolutely hilarious you guys are talking down on the car because it's a Saturn. Let me remind you of something: YOU DRIVE A F'ING DATSUN! I love my Z, but it's no Porsche. You guys need to get over yourselves. Just cause the Z looks good doesn't mean it's off the deep end of cool.

Some of you noticed I've been searching for a ZR lately. Today, that search ended when I ordered a 2007 Sky Red Line. Sure will be nice to drive a convertible that weighs less than 3450lbs .

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Z and there are plenty of things I will miss about it. But there are plenty of things I won't, and definite benefits of the Sky over the 350ZR.

Hey bro. I wasn't predisposed one way or the other when I took it for a test drive. I just wanted to see what all the talk was about. It certaintly has a look that gets attention, but i just wanted to see how it handled and felt on the throttle.

In fact, I kinda hoped it would be a good ride like the Z or G but it wasn't anywhere close.

The salesman said it was in the same class as a S2000, that would be cool if it was, but they aren't even comparable. I still wish it was... It would be nice to have another fast sports car on the road.

It just didn't impress me all too much in the performance department. I drove back home in the G35 and it felt soooooo much better. Much more TQ. Much more HP. And a crisp feeling at the wheel. It was a breath of fresh air.

The test drive made me appreciate what I have all the better.

No animosity intended.

 

I say if you can afford both, keep both. If you can only have one, I say of course (bias) keep the Z!

people will always try and be nice about it and give all cars a chance, but as a former saturn owner, let me tell you, SATURNS SUCK. THEY SUCK SOMETHING AWEFUL. you will be uber-ghey driving it around without a vag and ****. DON'T DO IT. IT IS A SATURN TO THE CORE.

I took my wife in to have her Saturn worked on and we were looking at the Sky for her. The dealer asked her what we drove, I'm sure he saw me pull up, and she pointed to my Z and said she has a Saturn. He told her if she liked driving my Z, the Sky doesn't even compare.

Ok I drive a Datsun, whats that have to do with a Saturn? Gl getting it worked on at a Saturn dealership.

Oh and did I say the Sky is a girlie car.

In the end its just like a SRT-4, its still a Neon, and yours is still a Saturn!

that saturn sky is half the car of the z the 350z is the real deal that thing is a gimmick jsut to make sales i see cute blondes drivng them all the time lol when u get ur saturn sky i hope i find u in my z and ill blow ur doors off hahaha
