The seats are fine for me and I'm a big guy(6'1, 290). What I have a problem with is the position your whole body is in. My legs get cramped after 20 min and there's nowhere to move them. My left arm gets sore from resting it on the high window sill and my right shoulder hurts because the armrest is so low.
The seat itself doesn't bother me, decent support and doesn't cut into my legs.

You probably would have been better off starting a new thread; not everyone will get to the third page to answer you.
You might consider adding a lumbar support:

Other suggestion is time; be sure you have plenty. Also, if your going this time of year I'd drop down to Socal and take southern route across country... avoid snow & ice.
Sounds like fun to me; enjoy the ride.

Got you all beat, Ive driven 32 hrs straight with my 06 ZR, I'm in the ARMY im from new jersey and im stationed in Texas. Ive done the trip from TX to NJ and I tell you what, its more than pain in the ***. Thats the last time im ever driving that trip again, Im going to flat bed my ZR from now on. The trip was like 1600 miles from TX to NJ. Once i got to NJ i had to change oil right away and scrape off all the dead bugs on my windshield. I taped my front bumper up so I wouldnt get any rocks chip off my paint job, i got all type of weird looks from people I was passing by. My ZR made the trip safely, I checked everything under the hood and under the car, even checked my rims and tires and there was not a single dent or scrape. That was my last trip that I really got to enjoy my ZR, I bought it late december 06 then the 07 HR engine came out man I was pissed off. I only got to put 2600 miles on my car before I deployed to Iraq.

I'm 43. 6 foot and about 230. Did NoCal to Bremerton WA (near Seattle) and back 3 days later with just stops for gas and some quick eats. No complaints. I did change the seat position a couple of times.

One of our forum members has everyone beat, for the longest road trip in a Z. Member = Longbowe and his father went cross country, up to Canada, then back cross country:

During his road trip he made stops at a few forum members homes. When he came to Houston, me and the old lady took him and his father out for some dinner and brewskies:

I have a nose bra. It's really good for road trips, as long as it doesn't rain. A soggy nose bra is not a good thing...

i drove 6 hours to austin stayed for a meeting then an hour later drove 6 straight hours back to OKC it was pretty nice for me lol. I had to get out and stretch my legs about every 3 hours but other then that it was a very pleasent drive. I enjoy taking the Z on roadtrips alot. I think its really comfortable for being a sports car.

"Pain in the a$$"
So until recently I hadn't driven 2+ hours at a time in the Z, but I've done it twice this month and both times my butt and lower back started to ache in the last half hour or so.... and im only 22!
Anyone else have this happen?
BTW- i have a touring with the leather seats
Anyone have COMFORTABLE aftermarket seats in? I have sparco torinos I plan to put in soon.
