That sucks man, Im sure everything can be worked out though, did ups,fedex, etc have you sign for them??? if so you should have opened all of it up and once you noticed damage refused shipment? I agree there shouldnt be any bashing on here, keep it to pm's and emails. If it goes on awhile w/ no progress then bring it out to air, just make sure you save all pm's and emails
