how do they contradicts? i treat my 350z for whatever it is needed... and it is totally not the same as a civic. and as a result... i have no problem what soever. im getting tired of repeating the same thing over and over in a dead topic... if u still dont get it... then call me stupid for not explaining things clear enough for you to understand.

auto Z driver are pansy's... u think that's an insult? LOL... all CURRENT stick driver will say the same. but yea... i know i know... u and black ducks are old fart that has too slow of a reaction time and cant multitask for ****..... i guess i should be proud that u are driving autos. LOL.

a/t people cant say a/t > m/t, but...
m/t people can always say m/t > a/t

if i give you 3,000,000$ to buy 10 sport cars... are you going to choose all auto cars? ill tell u this... if i had been given that option... 5% chance i will get ONE auto tranny... and that's the case, if they dont have any stick of that car... i'd prolly just go with it because that's my only choice.
Is dat wat ja rule say ?

"why use typical lame insults?" Isn't that what you just said??!!

You make me laugh, you've just started driving a stick shift and you think you know it all. It takes skill does it?? LOL that says it all. Is that coz of the blocks of wood you have to put on the pedals in order to reach them?!

As for your reference to the other thread......you said "I rag my car and have no problems". Well if you have no problems, then what is it you are treating your Z for exactly?

If you had half a brain you'd be dangerous.

I guess we can leave lilquazyvietboi alone... There's a difference between someone that knows how to drive M/T but choose to drive A/T and someone that doesn't know how to drive M/T and is stuck with an A/T. I suppose most people here are the prior. It's lame when the latter claims that A/T is better when they don't have a clue what driving a M/T is like.

I don't believe anyone here has wrote that the AT is better (more reliable though, considering the numbers). I will say the AT is better suited for what I want in this car. Of course there are times when an MT would be great having when I'm on the course or whatnot, but most of my time is spent driving on streets, in traffic of some sorts. This is where I believe the AT shines.

Just don't understand why that is so difficult for some. You drive what you want and I'll do the same. Case closed. These arguments should never begin, but there's always some youngster out there (who probably just recently got his license) all of a sudden thinks he is Mario Andretti of the streets and is going to make it his mission to dicate what something is or isn't.

Just don't get it. And to call someone a pansy, etc... At least know who you are talking to before piping up like that. I don't know some of you and you all don't know me. Amazing how the internet makes such tough guys out of people. I don't think 90% of the name calling would occur if this discussion was occurring in-person.

I see what you are sayng but you cannot come onto a thread insulting everyone because they choose to drive auto. Each to their own. Like I said, I grew up in England where 90% of cars are stick so can drive manual or auto.

I grew up in probably one of the best places in the world for driving a stick shift and would not have considered auto. Now I'm here in DC the driving is more stop/go and much less challenging apart from dodging crazy drivers. I enjoy the Z just as much as I would if it was stick. I can see how someone who has just started driving a stick shift would think it is the best thing since sliced bread.

90% of my response was just generalized. Quoted you for the "It's lame when the latter claims that A/T is better when they don't have a clue what driving a M/T is like." portion.

Otherwise, no arguments against what you said.

No kidding. Why else would he end every post by calling all AT drivers pansys? The thing I found hilarious is how it took him half-way through the thread to realize that the Z's AT has a manual mode.
