Default (TCS) and (VDC) ?

I have a track Z with a VDC switch to turn it off but, I have no switch to turn off the TCS. Why is this? If I hit the VDC swith am I turning both off?
TCS=Traction Control System
VDC=Vehicle Dynamic Control

Well, I noticed in the manual that there is a switch just for TCS. Dose that mean some models don't have VDC? But, even if that is the case. There are still two spots for two switches. But, every car only get's one switch either way right? I don't get that.
