about 4 months ago, i got into a minor accident
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....=whoaishjustin
When the accident happened, i did not have my exhaust or lowering springs installed on the car. Now the question is will the waqrrenty i bought cover the issue? Heres the problems, im starting to hear stuff under my car which i believe is from the accident (creaks like something is loose an rusty, only when i turn or go over bumps slowly, happened berfore i installed my exhaust but seems to get worse, never had time to take in) and my brake cable or whatever seems a little loose (low speeds when i let go of the brakes i hear a thump). and also, my whole front right wheel seems loose, (not the wheel itself) but the thing that holds the wheel. Any help would be appreciated..thanks

Sounds like you might be up a creek if the noise is related to the suspension. You''l find that alot of dealerships will use the excuse that "you did modifications that voided your warranty" line. Good luck man.

Yeah if they pull that just say "Is that your final answer, cause here is mine.....ur breaking a federal law with that SHIAT."
ya nissan always does the same game with me when i go in.
pretty much any aftermarket part is not covered under warranty unless it is NISMO R-tune and installed by that particular nissan dealer and the time the car was picked up. (you believe that bull****)
for the most part, you are screwed with that.

I work in insurance.
Call your insurance company, talk to the adjuster who handled and paid your claim. Tell him that you're hearing weird noise from under the car and you feel is related to the accident you had (do not mention u added anything to the car) tell them what you think is wrong with the car. They'll send an appraiser out there for a reinspection and most likely if it is related to the accident they should fix it at no cost and would be considered a (supplement). Make sure they don't file a new claim and charge you a deductible. They should reopen the existing claim and like I said, just pay as "supplement" for whatever damages there is.
That kind of **** happens here EVERYDAY. That's why it is good in every way to have insurance and FULL COVERAGE!
