I have the 06 GT with the re050's and my wife has an 06 Enth. with the re040's. I can't stand the re040's on her car. They just feel greasy. I don't think it's just my larger size either. When the 040's lose grip (in a corner), it takes a while before the hook up again. The re050's hook back up again immediately and they let go very gradually. It's night and day to me.
No problems. We're on the same page. I have an 06 GT Roadster and upgraded to the 06 Track/GT Coupe rims and tires and can't believe the difference.

I would rather FI and change lights for my '03 for now and keep it until the redesigned Z comes out. You'll lose a lot more by getting a new model. But I have to say, it looks nice and the hood will grow on people - love the new redline.

I don't see a TCS or VDC button. Must be base model.

one thing i would rather have on my 06 from the 07 is the position of the dip stick. its so Convenient. the 06 and pre 06 i personally think its been place in a very uncomfortable stop. but now that color is sexy. the hood is starting to grow on me.

The 07 would most likely fit an 03-06 but why would anyone in their right mind want that hood?

I think i might trade my current Z in for an 07. Would the headers, TP, and exhaust fit the 07 form 03?

Eddie or Andy.... any way you can take/post pics of what's underneath? Interested in the exhaust setup.

Also, any pics with the engine cover removed? I'm curious to see how it now looks like. The drawing above gives a good idea but I'm curious to see how it actually looks now. TIA!

Edit: Well nevermind. Just found some pics from JWT of what it looks like underneath...

So the new plenum is plastic? Looks like it. Plus it still looks like it still suffers the same slope as the previous versions.

Man, that dark blue is just top notch. I can't wait to see it in person at my loacal dealer. After 3 years on Colorado roads, a new paint job wouldn't be a bad idea I think
