Almost got attacked by Nissan Dealer today

Honestly it's not worth it to me any more, i deal with those kind of people everyday except i get to watch them walk away in leg irons and a belly chain while i get to go home. I have made up my mind to just not go back unless contacted by Nissan (probably wont happen) and am offered an Enthu at or below invoice (won't happen). So anyway i filed my complaint with NNA and have let the manager and my salesmen know how i feel with no return info. At this point i will buy elsewhere. But i might contact the BBB about this cause people should know.

I tell him if he can prove it I will say I am sorry so he says he has the guy's # in side, so I call his bluff and tell him to call the guy I wanted to talk to him. So we go inside the and he grabs his phone and walks off. At this point my dealer walks up and says hey man I thought you had left, I then explained to him what the guy said and he started to laugh. Well the skinny little punk comes back and sees the other guy laughing and this is when it gets bad. He stars cursing at me and trying to get at me while the other guy holds him back. The manager comes out and takes the guy off. I explain I am about to spend 30k hear and I don't appreciate being threatened or yelled at. So I explain to the manager what happened and he starts to laugh. The guy sees this and comes rushing out of the manager’s office toward me. I was about to lay this guy out when another sales guy grabbed him.
3rd bad experience at this dealer WTF, any opinions on what I should do??

Kevin you can't take legal action without damages, and violence will lead to them takin action against you, I think you are young and very excitable, and like I told you before slow down and think, some of your posts are very agresive and confrontational, I told you what to do once and you said I was FOS. if you go back to that thread you will find others that follow the technique I mentioned and were very succesful, Learn to use their bull$hit against them, and when you go to the next dealer engage your brain before running your mouth, dude I don't say this to be desrespecful since you remind me of me 30 years ago, just stay cool and allow them to make the mistake. I really hope you get your Z.

Cheers to all the advice, and yes the dealership sucks and no i won't be buying it there, and no it's not BS it happened, and yes i have a temper and the ***** and the $$,$$$.$$ to back it up and no i don't care if it makes people mad and yes Davidc has a good trick to screw dealers and no i have no writing skills to speak of. and yes i reported it to NNA and the BBB and anyone else who would listen
j/k. And i did recieve a nice gesture and i guess you could say helping hand on buying a new Z

After he started talking about smoking the front tires, I would have probably just said, "no kidding" and left it at that. I then would have driven away, and gone to a different dealer. I don't really see the point in calling out a salesman and totally embarassing him when he sucks at his job. Chances are it'll come out in the wash and he won't make many car sales. I'd just worry about the fact you are about to purchase a great car and move forward.
