Default vividracing.com SUCKS

OK here goes i placed an order on Feb 1st with vividracing.com the sales rep "billy" i would have it in time for my meet that i was going to on the 11th. He even called the company to make sure they had the parts because they do a lot of drop shipping;i knew they because my first order from them was delayed because the drop shipper did not have some of the parts and billy told me hey your part is late because so and so thats after i asked where is the part that i ordered. the only problem i have with the company is that they are lying saying that he did not say that and this. i was like fine yea u did; so i see that they like to lie, came on here to give everyone the heads up, but instead got ripped a new one because of my caps. i would of been fine if billy called or e mail me said "hey boss the part is going to be late your not going to get it in time" fine no problem. it took them 3 days to process the order and 4th day to ship it out so it wont be here most likely till the 13 or the 14th. i feel that as a sales rep dont tell the customer yea your going to have it in time when that person knows its not, billy knew it goes out ground shipping and it went out today and it needed to be in NJ on friday the latest.so billy is a lier all he wants to do is get the order in the system give you some BS date and pray you get it in a week or too fine if he said that would have been happy just dont make the person wait.oh one last thing english is not my frist language so sorry about the grammer.

How difficult is it to capitalize every word like that? Do you have a program that does it for you automatically or are you hitting the 'shift' key a lot?

He probably typed it in all caps and vb bulletin automatically changed it. In any case, I'm not reading it....

patience is virtue when ordering online. If you need something in 10 days you shouldn't have waited that long to order your parts. 10 days is an average time for shipping, depending on size of item and carrier used.

He wanted a part in 10 days, I guess told Vivid this, but isn't getting there in time for his "meet". He was so upset he spent the time capitalizing every word.

just to make things clear.
He ordered the part 2/1/07 last thurs. we made it clear that it's going to be drop ship to him because its not in stock here in the shop. Told him we'll try our best to be shipped out by our vendor asap. gave him the tracking number today but he's already freaking out because he wants the exhaust installed by this sunday for the meet. as what they say here on the board, JUST BE PATIENT, it's not like its been a month already. and he knows from the start that its ground shipping not 2day shipping. We always try our best to ship all your orders asap but we dont have any control if items are drop ship. hope you clearly understand.

to OP, you need to have more patience, son.. waiting is half of the modding game. I've patiently waited 6 months for my bumper to be made from scratch and shipped over from Japan.

I was very, very surpised to read the OP's profile notes indicating he is 29 years old...sometimes it is fun to read posts and guess how old the person is.

In this case, I would have been wrong by about 13 years...bummer.

Yeah it always kills me waiting for parts, but unfortunately that's what you gotta do unless you want to pay ridiculous money for overnight air transit. Me for example, last week I bought a set of summer wheels/tires and it's February here in Pennsylvania. Obviously I can't do anything with them for at least a month, but I was pretty anxious to get them anyway. When I order and wait for car parts I feel like a seven year old on christmas morning : )

But yeah to the OP, just calm down. I know it sucks you might not have the parts installed in time for a meet....but I hope you were buying the parts for yourself, and not to impress someone else.
