So talked to "Dom" he said "Scott" doesn't work at Vivid anymore...also there isn't a forum rep working at this time...

About the shift **** I ordered..."Dom" said it was there and that he is sending it out now?

Asked for any sort of tracking be sent to me via email... So we'll see how this turns out now that I've made contact.
