The best tires will never make an RWD car better than a FWD or AWD car in snow. It is simple physics.

yup, i got the same tires. I have that tire on my c32, RX-8, and 350Z. There're awesome, worth every dollar!!

Actually it's not so nice in the summer here in Iowa. We get tons of snow that will take forever to melt in the winter and then summer time comes and it's so hot you can't go outside. We have to enjoy those couple of weeks of spring.

I have no experience putting winter tires on the Z, but from personal experience I can say that stock rubber and snow are a BAD mix!!! I've tried it 3 times here in Denver (how bad can 1" of snow be?), all with very poor results.

Yeah it's not all about weather for me. I actually like the snow, brings a little variety, but sucks when I really wanna drive. Nice people here too. I'm actually going to the University of Iowa right now, so when I finish I might be headed somewhere else (maybe norcal).

+1 I learned this lesson the hard way a few weeks ago when we had a snowstorm here in Portland. Stock tires + RWD = 0 Traction.
