I purchased my car Nov. 18 2006. Well I believe it has been 96 days or about 3 months. Car is still a blast to drive. It had 73,000 miles when I picked it up. So today I was looking at my odometer 81,960. 8960 miles for those 96 days. For starters...I'd like to know if anyone else had put that many miles on in such a short time. I'm sure I'm not the only one..so share your stories and experiences fellow owners.

 

Have had my car for 10days... alerady put 1250miles on it.

 

For a second there, I thought you had 82k on an 06! As far as 9k miles in 3 months? There are people that have done that in just a few weeks. Sure it's alot, but try doing Miami to Seattle and over to NY. That'll wrack em up REAL quick (did that in my old Evo). Peace.

 

I purchased my Z on Sept. 19th 2006. When I bought it had 10,000 miles on it. 5 months and 2 days later I'm up to 14,800 now so I'm not doing to bad. I love driving my Z of course it's a daily driver for me but I only live 5 miles from where I work so that's a good thing. My brother (ZCARBANDIT) has a 350Z also so when we hang out we take his Z. He has modded his Z a little more than I have mine. But that's my short story.

I put 1000 miles on in 2 days just so I could start ragging the motor 30K the 1st year...nice to see your enjoying your Z.

I put about 1750 on my Z within the first week I got it...

 

I put 16,000 miles on my '06 from new in July thru December and parked it a month due to snow. So you are on the same track. Car has performed perfectly.

 

13,000 in 2 years......... :-( i dont wanna ruin her! LOL!

 

I have put 20k since July 2005. Is that alot?

 

I got mine I tihnk a month and 2 weeks ago and I bought it with 19,090 miles and I have 20,400 on it now, I thought i drove mine alot, I guess not as much as you guys, but this summer I plan do put about 70 a day on the car

I've calmed down though. 79k on the odometer now.

bought my 03 DB touring with 18000 miles on it had it for well it will be 2 years in like august i now have 52000 miles on it no joke 40miles a day to work and 40 miles back total 80 miles for work plus normal driving

Wells its refreshing to know I"m not the only one. How often are you guys changing oil? I using 3K as my oil change time.
