Hello,
Yes, but you'll have to do it from the saddle tanks, inside of the car. They're located behind the passenger and driver.

It should be possible... I know a guy who had gas siphoned from his tank (not by his choice though).

Hello,
You cannot do it from the filler cap. There's some sort of baffle/screen in there that prohibits a hose getting down there.
