How do you install your mods?

So because I'm not so great mechanically I should probably just ship the parts to the nissan dealership and have them do it. I'd like to add more power. So what parts should I get to do that. I'm assuming a turbo and what else?Thanks

I'll do all bolt ons myself that doesn't require power tools or tuning.. Everything else is free game.. I could have done my suspension myself, but sometimes it's nice to sit back and watch ya know

I have done everything myself including intakes, anything exhaust related, coilovers, HU install, guages, UTEC, injectors even a tranny swap and Turbonetics install myself. On my recent build though I took it down to Forged so they could biuld it and put in the Greddy kit because I could afford it and didnt want to deal with all that. I actually felt bad and guilty for letting somebody else work on my car.

I've just started tackling some of my own mods. Nothing too crazy...intake, new head-unit, S2K start button, Zignalz, and now painting some pieces in the engine bay.
Even though I do surgeries on a daily basis, I'm not that mechanically inclined. But being on this site has helped since everyone has written some great "how-to's" and write-ups on installations. I probably wouldn't have thought about doing anything without having read certain posts here on the forums.
Plus it's a great place to ask questions and opinions, just as long as you've done the required searches first and post in the right forum. LOL! Good luck!

I do it all myself, unless I need "special tools" or heavy equipment. Otherwise my rule is if it will cost parts + 20% or more I do it myself if it's cheaper than that I let someone else do it. I looked into doing a bolt on SC, the install is pretty straight forward, and the manufacturer gives very detailed instructions. I downloaded the PDF of the installation manual, makes for a pretty interesting read. I wouldn't tune it myself though, there's no substitute for experience when it comes to tuning.
