eh, not really into the modded look with a Brickyard, nor would I trust how someone else installed and ran that SC engine.
But 45K is not really a lot of miles for an 03, kbb.com says the average should be 59k for an 03 by now assuming average daily driving, I bought mine with 25k and now have 45k without one major problem.

Before you write it off completely, get additional info. Who installed it, was it tuned properly. Theres a chance a very repuitable shop installed it, then again maybe not. Talk to the tuner shop themselves. Then if your not comfortable, pass. BTW +1 on ugly wheels.
