I get window streaking as well, its no big deal, it wipes off with a wet rag...QQ some more.

No tire feathering, but I found that the first thing you should check on the Z is the control arms... after one good smack to those things they will prolly bend.
That will cause ur tires to bald real fast and the car will pull left/right.

get that fixed asap.

On my 03 with 30k miles, I haven't had any feathering/tranny issues. The window streak and fuel line were fixed by the dealer.

I got an 07 a few months back and even it has window steaking on the passenger side. I guess it's a problem with every year of the Z.
