sorry for the wreck man, these things are never the drivers fault, your supposed to be able to just keep driving the same way in the rain and snow as you do in the perfect dry. Stupid cars we should probably start a lawsuit against nissan till they fix this problem.

first off good your ok-looks like it couldve been worse ( and yes i know cracked ribs is a bithc but at least it didnt puncture any vitals )

second do you think tcs helped or made it worse ( i know its like a dead horse but im still torn opinions about the thing )

third congratulations now you can get a new car

fourth-can you sell some salvageable stuff or does it blong to the insurance now--the wheels look salvageable..

Glad to hear that you survived with 'minor' injuries.

i know someone accidentally engaged/disegeaed tcs while driving...which caused the lost of control

I've engaged/disengaged TCS on numerous occasions while on the fly. Besides the light going on or off, couldn't feel or detec a thing. Me thinks your "someone" was making an excuse.

what!? go back to driving school. That's the most retarded thing I've heard a driver say. This is the reason why people plow their car all over the place and say "stupid car, I was just driving normally doing 30 when all of a sudden it flipped upside down and landed in a ditch".

*edit : nevermind, i thought you were serious.

The car looks like it absorbed a tremendous amount of the engergy while the cabin remained completely intact. Very impressed with the car.

Until the crash, the OP probably had no problem driving in the rain either.
