God damn street racers.
I mean, in the interest of not being a douchebag, I hope he lives and all, but he better not race again. He also should be lucky his passenger didn't die (I bet she's real impressed by his elite skillz, too).
While I'm at it, be grateful there were no bystanders involved.
Out of curiosity, what kind of tires did you have on there Joe?
