I'll just scare him.. if he traces back who was, the risk imho is a worst paint on the car, and a break in at home with a lot of more damage... those kids are stupid.

Thats a paint stick. It should be oil based paint. They're kind of like big oil pastels. Anyway, a detailer should be able to remove it and then buff the area out. Good luck.

Use 3M Adhesive remover...should come right off. If not, use some medium grit 3m rubbing compound to get it off....just don't rub to hard. Wax the area afterwards and it should be all better!
