Nissan literaly has the worst customer service ever i hate them but love there cars something has to be done

Too stupid? ***** please, I have already said that there are many fuses by the battery & the battery is up in the car half way, I dont know anything about fuses... I have changed out batterys before but new cars have censors,fuses, all kind of **** that can **** up if your not careful, someone told me it might be some censor that messed up in my car.. so I didnt want to even try & fix that ****, then I really wouldnt know what to do.
