Delivery on August 3rd
Just got off the phone with my dealer here in St. Louis, he gave me my VIN number and told me that my car was scheduled to arrive on August 3rd. I really wasn't expecting my car until Late August so it was a nice surprise. Given that I am in the middle of the country, I am sure that other cars are being delivered at the same time (or sooner)

I am as surprised as you are (and just as skeptical) Believe me, I won't believe it until I see it, but I do have my VIN number, so that must mean something....

Like I said, Bommarito Nissan in St. Louis, Daytona Blue Performance, only option was floor mats. I promise to take plenty of photos when it shows up...I would post my VIN number but I am afraid to for privacy reasons.

I didn't ask for my number, because I was so surprised to here that the car was here so soon. I'll post my VIN minus the last three digits.
JN1AZ34D23T100xxx
I would guess that my order number started with an R. I'll call the dealer tomorrow and find out what it was.

Although I am skeptical, I will point out that a guy at Zcar who is in Minn. claims that his dealer called him today and said that the dealer's car would arrive Aug. 3. Of course, that posts was 12 minutes before Pelzi's claim here, so if he was trying to scam us, he could have read that post and then posted here using that same date. Either that, or its true (I sure hope so). I guess we shall soon see.

Easy....easy...let's give Pelzi a break. He committed to photo's. That's good enough for me and even I am an eternal skeptic.
THIS IS POTENTIALLY GOOD NEWS!
NNA may be attempting to exceed customer expectations.
Let's hope for the best here folks.
It can't be long now...
Congratulations Pelzi.

Cars delivered in Minnesota and Missouri by Aug 3 and nothing on the West Coast or Hawaii? Those cars would have to be off the ships and on trucks as we speak! IF it's true there will be alot of folks in the Western US muy enojado!! (Very pissed for the gringo's..lol)
Well if it's true it's great news! But i'm going to keep my skepticism running very high!

hold yer horses
I cant say for sure if his dealer is full of **** or not, but I believe that pelzi is telling the truth. My dealer (Lou Fusz) told me that they expect to get one early too (unfortunately its not mine), a 5AT touring. What's more they said they are expecting more in late august or early sept. This was told to me early-mid july by the LF inventory manager. So I say it may very well be true, unless both the STL major nissan dealers are smoking crack. So gratz to you Pelzi. just try not to thumb your nose at the rest of us while we wait for our own Z's to arrive.
