Now would be a good time to renegotiate.

get an enthusiast unless you are getting a killer deal, no lsd sux and the money it takes to put one in you could pick up an enthusiast. I have to have cruise control myself. How much is the car?

I'd force the dealer to install something at no cost since it was a shady deal to begin with, if not tell him to go screw and have fun shipping it back to CA.

You might find out if the prevous owner added a LSD. Doubtful but worth checking.

If no to above, tell dealer the car has no LSD & they need to lower price since you will have to go aftermarket.

Do not let them BS you that it has one (unless first owner added); no controls on steering wheel means it is a Base which means no factory LSD.

How much are you getting the car for? And I still need to order a Nismo lsd for my base. Damn I hate being broke.

And I test drove the G also but it was just not as fun.

If you feel comfortable with the deal AND have the car checked out, then go for it. LSDs are pretty pricey, i dont know about you but a grand here a grand there it adds up (hell i just bought some CE28N Time attacks). But if it works out then have a blast. Plus if your not tracking your car then it wont be that big of a deal.

I got the car down from 28k to 21k, and they are throwing in a years worth of detailing (LOL). I will ask immediately tomorrow morning again, if the car has the LSD, and if they say YES again to me, I will tell them to suk-muh-ballz. It is a great price for the car, and with those miles(under 4k )... its a really good price. I found a few LSD's online for just over a grand, and it would be worth it to add it in the price to me.. so I may just do that. I dunno. I am not REALLY conscerned with the cruise control, because I am not planning any LONG trips with the car, and I will be replacing the steering wheel anyway, so screw the controls there. Damn, I have test driven so many cars in the past month, and this is the one I really wanted.

p.s. OH yeah, factory warrenty for another 70k miles! Bumper to Bumper!

No reason to walk away from deal. Just explain you know it does not have LSD and need a lttle more off to put in after market.

I would have a mechanic you pay check the car out.

Sounds like your still getting a pretty nice deal. Im not too sure I would walk away from it either. If you could get a couple hundred off for it not having an LSD, then great. If not, I would still have a tough time not buying it. Under 4k miles, is hard to argue. The car is still so fresh!

yeah, the big time selling point, is that it is SOO fresh. It is not even broken in, still smells new, and would allow me to feel secure in knowing that my addons were going in to a worthy vehicle. Like I said, I really want it, but feel pretty betrayed by the dealer. I am sure they saw me coming drooling, and new they had me from the start... I would surely pay 1000 more for the LSD... ****... I think I am just gonna do it...

don't do that,

if you love the car, BUY IT! make sure you get a good deal though, tell them you know it doesn't have LSD and just install one later.

Damn good price and good warranty, make sure you get the warranty in writing.
