I've liked the '07 hood better since it came out. Does not look overly aggressive to me.

 

You guys are all forgetting, it doesnt matter if the hood looks good or not. Its whats underneath that counts. Personally I like the previous hood better but wouldnt mind having a 07 with the new HR.

 

I actually like the new hood. The old hood was one of the one things I always thought that they "skimped" on ... it looked like they couldn't figure out what to do, so they just put the Altima's hood on it. Don't get me wrong, it looked fine ... but this new hood gives it a special touch, and it compliments the front-side view quite nicely. From the side, it makes it look more muscular/athletic, almost like a cheetah ready to pounce on its prey.

My g/f likes the old hood better ... she says the car is "cuter"

And Nismo 350z is right about the engine too! The more I learn about this new engine, the more I love it

 

Sure it does, if the engine was the only thing that mattered no one would have bought a z. The vq is a decent motor, but certainly not the best. If it were just whats underneath that counts I'd have a tt 5.0.

 

True but how many of Z owners have actually gone FI?? Less than 2% probably. But if u had a chance of buying your Z over again or the 07, which would u choose knowing about the HR?
