I got to redline 5 Z's while test-driving. 2 for finding my first Z, and 3 for finding this current one. It was a rush at first, but after doing it a few more times, you start getting used to it.

The nismo looks different, it does not go though the cowl, it takes a bend and goes into the fender.

Not with the Injen and I can't even remember anyone ever complaining that they lost power with an injen intake. I remember posts about Nismo intakes loosing power and Injen exhaust loosing torque though so maybe there is some rumor confusion going on.

Let me just add that if I did not perform well, I would have no problem ripping it off and letting everyone know my opinion, just search on what I have said about the older Injen SES straight tip exhaust. If you are to lazy to search, I have this permanently up on my website http://www.hypersprite.com/auto/pict...d002/injen.asp

Does adding an intake lower back pressure thus taking away low end torque but add HP to the high end???

does it not matter if the air filter gets wet? I have the K&N Typhoon intake system and there is an extra tube that runs from the heat sheild/air box down into the front bumper just like the filter in the pics does. I was told to be careful with using it bc it might suck up water into the engine? Just wondering. I have not installed it for this reason. Thanks.
