Delievery Today????
I was just told that the R # tracking number is getting delieverd today at my dealership.....Well i know who that person is so im gonna call him and find out what the heck is going on. This is what was told to me by the GM at my dealership. So holy crap...im gonna hang out at the dealer and get pics if its true. if not im gonna freak out on the guy who told me this...STAY TUNED.

Happy for whomever that guy/gal is!
I'm glad someone got good news today. My Aug. delivery date with a June production has slipped back to Sept. '02. I guess I should feel "happy" that I might be the 1st person on L.I. to have a 350Z. (according to dealership)
That could change too. What I find confusing is my order was faxed in on 1/15/02 making me a very early order (R123817) yet
People with orders beginning with S are scheduled ahead of me. Oh well, what can you do?

Why would Nissan start delivery of the Z's the same day / weekend of the Dealer Sales conference? You would think they would want the people who would attend this event be actively doing their job when the mother load comes in? Maybe the first ship comes in tonight and they are planning a party. Anyone know?

PLEASE DONT Call dealers this was a pre production siting that the dealers got excited about.

I could totally believe this is happening today...
The conference I snuck into (see other post) was being setup for thousands of people, obviously.
I bet they'd be like "Even now, the first 350Z's are being delivered to dealerships. So get out there and SELL!"

I just called Todd @ Bommarito Nissan in MO. He knows nothing about it and is calling to confirm. He's will email me, emmediately I think, to let me know what he learns.
