Unhappy Bye bye wheels..

Well I just got a call from the security guard of the apartments I live in saying "You better come out here". I gave him my # in case anything suspicious happened with the Z, so I knew it couldn't be good. Well I get outside and the car is sitting on cinder blocks Whoever did it must have planned it out pretty well because the security guard said he drove by there 15-20 minutes earlier and everything was fine, he went to the other end of the apartment complex to talk to a police officer about a drug bust and when he drove back up to this side it was on blocks. F*ckers.. At least they set it on blocks though instead of just dropping it on the concrete.

What a sh1tty start to the day I suppose I will be dealing with the insurance company later..

Sorry to hear man. +1 one on the lugs. Could have been worse I guess. I've seen cars left sitting on the ground on all 4 rotors

weird...you never mention what kind of wheels they are. You don't even seem that pissed. I'd be freaking beating doors down looking for anyone that saw something. Your story is pretty weak too. I'm thinking the OP had something to do with his own wheels getting "stolen".

No photos of the wheels?
What kind of wheel locks? Then we would know what type not to buy.

Sorry to hear about this...it's a frustrating situation for sure.

Look on the bright side though. If you had stockers, the actual MSRP cost for them is ridiculous, so you may end up walking away from all of this with a nice fat check from insurance...

Looks like we went thru the same ****. Only I was on vacation in Puerto Rico. Came back to my car on the Floor (No Bricks ). No Navigation No Wheels.

My Insurance covered everything witch was nice. My car had some scuffs and dings, now my whole car is getting painted by my good friend at the body shop. Havent had my car for a month now, should be getting it this saturday.

Any wheel lock reccomendations. I had some generics, but that wasnt good enough. Putting a 2 way alarm on her this weekend to.

PS Sorry for your loss.

WTF, that is the worst kick in the nuts you can receive sorry to hear man!

Seel- How'd you come to your conclusion Sherlock? From the OP's post, you figured that out all by yourself. Remarkable.

locking lug nuts are not that great. Then instead of taking the nuts off, they will just break the studs off.
If they want them, they will get them. not much you can do.

Sorry for your loss though
