I would have gone the legal route with them

my bad, i missed that part. but instead of being so quick to sue (like what is the problem these days in the US) he should try to exhaust all avenues first, to include going all the way to NNA.

Sounds like a ****ty deal. I would have just gone to a lawyer, no sense in getting a headache over this. In the end they would have had to pay your lawyer fees and get you both new wheels to make things back to the way they were before you brought the car there for service.

Friends,
I have to agree with John on this one seems like the service department is giving you the run around. I would highly suggest using West Covina and talking to Tim Lange out there....

It's too bad performance has gotten like this. I wish Andy would just quit his job and go work at WCN that way they can all be one big happy family again..... And we can get perfect service from ONE dealership.

Andy i know you are reading this...just do it..

I think that all of you should understand that there is always 2 sides to every story. George has left out a lot of details about the situation which would make you all re-evaluate his dilemma. At the end of the day, George is a great and loyal customer to us so I am going to save him the headache of this and not post our side of the story. Bottom line is, the situation has been resolved, it may not have went the way George wanted but this was the threshold of what we can do given the situation.

Yea, they may tell you that they're cool with me or show the public they're cool with me but the feelings are not mutual at all.

There always is another side to a story... Performance Nissan has given me great service every single time I've been there! Performance Nissan ftw!
