With all the bad press regarding ONE incident with Performance Nissan of Duarte, I thought it would be fitting to hear some GOOD NEWS.

First off thank you Andy for providing excellent service and an honest and upstanding attitude... No ego here, he's a real intelligent and chill guy...

I went in for a routine oil change (Motul of course) as well as to pick up and install my Nismo exhaust (Feels like a real car now... thanks!!)... Lastly, I had a TSB to take care of as well (rear axle clicking)...

John, the best service writer I've dealt with in a long time treated me kind and courteous.

My service was done swiftly and with professionalism. I was told of each and everything that was being done, and was even invited back to have a look at the different stages of the install process.

The tech checked my vehicle throughly, topped off all my fluids and even patched one of my tires that had a nail in it... (FREE OF CHARGE)...

I drove 30+ miles for this service and I do not regret it a bit...

If you're ever near the 605 and the 210 freeway, don't hesitate to drop by...

 

That's a very nice compliment... way to go Nissan of Duarte! Make sure you take care of the service writer when the nissan survey comes in, it means a LOT

 

i called them one time to order a 06 driver side headlight. i was told to go online to order it. i ended up buying it off ebay instead. wont stop me from buying from them but i thought that incident was kinda strange.

Weird to see a positive post about any nissan service.
Glad you were on the other side of the fence this time.
I wish we could all be so lucky to get A+ service from nissan.

 

People love to complain about how terrible a dealer treated them, I thought it was time to speak about something positive... Maybe we can start a new trend here...

 

Yeah Andy has been a solid guy with me as well. So far he has provided me with a lot of information and answered my questions. (and I never bought anything!)

I owe him and will definately be buying my mods from him. (Well, most of them. I do live in Japan ya know )
