Shift points on a modified Z

What would you recommend ?..
I have a rev-up..but once you change that lower plenum w/the mrev and you add the spacer..You basically gain the characteristics of the 287 motor...So now I have more power at redline ..but my peak power is at approx 6300rpms...unlike my stock graph where I made pk power at almost 7k..
So where should I shift to get optimal results ?...anybody else have this question ?...bringing it to redline doesnt make sense anymore...

It does still make sense to shift at redline because you're still in a lower gear and the torque output @ the wheels is gonna have to fall off A LOT to compensate for a gear change.

yeah but its clear that its going to go down..its not going to go up ...per the graph...it wouldnt decline and then increase..not in our cars case....
that being said...i would want to shift and then be back in my peak..if I shift too late or at redline like rc dash says then I lose all my tq...
if I shift around 6200-6500 i think I would be faster..I know a track would decide this but I have no time nor desire to drive 3 hours this year...next spring yes...

You need to take your car to a dyno where they know how to operate it. (whoever is responsible for that mess needs some help)
