Default Does the Z stand summer heat?

usually the heat in my country reaches upto 48c and even sometimes more. and that's freakin' hot!

the 350z that we have here are already designed to handle this kind of heat, but i don't know about the ones in the U.S. does it handle the heat? how good is the A/C?

I live in Las Vegas and the heat is comparable. Drove it all year long without issue. The AC holds up fine here.

I find that if you idle around a long time that the A/C doesn't work well. It must have a auto shut off or something. As soon as you are underway again it freezes you out.

Wife and I were searching for homes and we would sit waiting with A/C on a long time without moving. It would blow out hot air after 20mins of idling. We thought it was broken in 105 degree temps. Then we went to a short ride to the store and cooled right down. Never had a problem except in those conditions.

Florida summers while sitting in rush hour traffic and the AC blasting = not a problem here

My Z freezes me out. I have sat in close to 100 degree heat at idle at the autox for 15 min before and it was way wway too cold, I had to turn it down.

thnx for the reply,

i never thought that it could, cuz i thought that the heat and humidity in the U.S won't be the same or anywhere close as my country. but that's good news.

and the seat heaters can only be used as heater, right? i mean, it can't be used as a heater and cooler. "i still didn't receive my car, but it's on its way in the sea now"

AC is OK, but even cracking the window a little bit will suck every bit of cold out of mine, more so than other cars I've had, no prob except if you'r one like me who likes to keep the window cracked and have the AC going.

Texas has plenty of high heat and humidity, the Z does fine, and like many mention the Z will still freeze you out.

Most opt to have the windows down and the AC off, even in the heat. I guess some wish to be seen though they might have sweaty *****.

Yep, it seemed like it was 20-30min before mine kicked off. It was just weird.
Must be a overload protection or something like that.
Not knocking it .... just something I noticed. In most cases you have no worries.
