Default CVR Motorsports... WTF!

Well this is my last resort, since things have become very shady.

My story begins in late July and must hope to prevoke a reation because the shop will not return my calls or PMs.

My girlfriend in all her awesomeness wanted to buy me something car related for my B-day. So I give her some hints and ideas.

She orders from CVR at my request a STRI boost gauge, however from the recommendation of the guys at CVR against what I had mention she ordered a 3 bar. Having no idea what that meant thinking that I want a 2 bar but 3 bar must be better than 2. Well not a big deal right, I contact CVR with the problem and they inform me that the 2 bar was out of stock and just ship the 3 bar back and theyll send out the 2. This was late august when this all occured. It is now October and I am without boost gauge or information.

So since the day after I sent it out Insured USPS I have not heard anything from them. I have sent emails, PMS, and phone calls including numerous messages, as well as AIM msgs from myself and my girlfriend.

I am asking if anyone knows where these guys are or a better way to contact. I know Bryan and Chris frequent the forums, and am hoping they contact me from this thread. COME ON GUYS!!! Make this right...

I am very dissappointed in this level of service, and to date have never had any problems with any transaction on this forum up until now.

I attempted to purchase some STRI gauges from this firm back in April, they didn't have one in stock, said it would be in stock in a week or so, since then no response. I wonder if they are even in business any more. Good luck.

Chris and Brian were being very helpful when their vendor had a little mishap on my order. i would give them more time since they are very busy and hard to get hold of.

Hey,

Please send me an email directly to Info@CVRmotorsports.com as I will be watching for it until received, if possible please include your information, email and/or order number so I can pull up the information. I spoke with Bryan and discovered that the gauge had been returned after we moved to the previous address which led to us trying to locate it after your girlfriend called us the last time. From the dates on the label it was returned a couple of weeks after the move, I apologize for that misunderstanding. It seems to be a matter of miscommunication between myself and Bryan and for that I also do apologize.

We attempted to return her call but it was received from an anonymous number unfortunately, and I checked pm's and emails and hadnt seen any to locate your information. Now that we are aware please send us an email directly and I will personally take care of it in the morning, please include the best number to reach you and we will give you a call as well to update you and provide tracking.

We take issues like this very seriously and pride ourselves on ensuring everyone receives their items in a timely fashion and all is well, this can be easily verified. I apologize personally for this inconvenience and appreciate your letting us know so we can ensure something like this doesnt occur again. For reference anyone leaving a message will receive a call back within 24 hours regarding order information if you are calling during a busy period or after hours. Alternatively emails are answered within 24 hours as well so either method is best. I personally seem to have issues with AIM and my firewall but Im a bit of a noob Ill admit Thank you again for your patience, communication and I will gladly take care of this for you right away.

Chris @ CVR

Don,

Here is the tracking:
#############

It should go into the system within 24 hours. Let me know if there is
anything else at all I can do for you at ANY time. There was a lot of
miscommunication here but should you need anything at all in future,
Id love the opportunity to assist and provide a discount for this
inconvenience. Youve seen how quickly emails and messages are replied
to so please use these methods to reach us fastest. Please also convey
my apologies to your girlfriend, I certainly feel very badly if we
made this a bad experience in any way at all
This is fantastic customer service. It was unfortunate that the series miscommunications carried on for so long. I guess it was just bad timing on both parts for me to place and order and then return it.

Anyway, I am satisfied as a customer and am awaiting the boost gauge. Would order from again.

Thank You CVR.
